This role involves inspecting vehicles, managing communication with dealership management, processing billing, and maintaining organized work to meet quality and time requirements. The coordinator will also be responsible for auditing the front line to ensure standards and quality, maintaining service drive sales, volume, and communication, and partnering with the Area Manager on various operational aspects including supply orders and risk policy adherence.
