The Automotive Lot Coordinator will serve as the liaison between the dealership and All-Pro Auto Reconditioning. This role involves inspecting vehicles to be repaired, maintaining relationships with dealership management, and ensuring all billing and administrative tasks are handled accurately and efficiently according to All-Pro Policy. The coordinator will also be responsible for organizing work to meet company standards and time requirements, inspecting and auditing the front line for quality, and managing service drive sales, volume, and communication. This position requires close collaboration with the Area Manager (AM) on site issues, recruiting, and supply orders. Key control and risk policies must be adhered to daily. This role does not involve performance management, discipline, hiring, or terminations.
