Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and courteously
Build and maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service
Maintain organization and control of the loaner vehicle fleet
Guide customers through the loaner vehicle process, clearly explaining policies, procedures, and payment requirements
Ensure loaner vehicles are returned in good condition; report any issues or damage to management
Collaborate effectively with service department staff
