About The Position

Sheehy Lexus of Richmond is seeking a part-time Pick-up & Delivery Driver. The role involves greeting customers and picking up or dropping off their vehicles at their homes or offices. Drivers help ensure vehicles remain in excellent condition and contribute to a well-maintained lot and a positive customer experience. The position requires safe, responsible vehicle operation, professional communication, and attentive customer service.

Requirements

• Proven safe driving record and clean driving records.
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least three years.
• Valid personal car insurance and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to communicate professionally.
• Customer service experience and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Accountability and personal integrity, given access to clients’ personal and private information.
• Ability to multitask and attend to several customers at once.
• Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Great attitude and high-energy personality.
• Authorization to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Pick up or drop off customers’ vehicles at their homes or offices.
• Coordinate with the Call Center to receive assigned runs.
• Accurately communicate to Advisors any concerns customers share about their vehicles.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Follow company policies and procedures and inform the supervisor of illegal activity.
• Maintain engagement with management, team leads, fellow team members, and processes to foster successful working relationships with internal and external clients.
• Maintain follow-up systems that encourage repeat and referral business and contribute to client satisfaction.
• Immediately communicate concerns or situations to management.
