About The Position

The Pick Up and Delivery Driver drives a company vehicle within the assigned area to pick up or transport parts as assigned. The role requires skill in planning, organizing, and scheduling parts pick-up and delivery requirements. This is a safety-sensitive position involving motor vehicle operation; impairment by marijuana or another illegal drug may pose a threat to health or safety. The driver also supports parts shipping and receiving and maintains assigned company vehicles and related records.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience dealing with the public in a sales or service capacity.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parts as assigned in the most efficient manner.
• Assist the shipping and receiving clerk with checking in and stocking parts.
• Ensure the proper safety, care, and maintenance of company vehicles assigned to the Parts Department.
• Maintain a driving record within company requirements.
• Maintain the fuel and maintenance log.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
