About The Position
Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC (MHC) is hiring a Pick Up and Delivery Driver for its Parts function. The driver operates a company vehicle within the assigned area to pick up and transport parts, planning, organizing, and scheduling pickup and delivery requirements. The position is designated safety-sensitive because it involves operating a motor vehicle.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience dealing with the public in a sales or service capacity.
Nice To Haves
- Parts-related experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver parts as assigned, using the most efficient manner.
- Assist the shipping and receiving clerk with checking in and stocking parts.
- Ensure the proper safety, care, and maintenance of company vehicles assigned to the Parts Department.
- Maintain a driving record within company requirements.
- Maintain the fuel and maintenance log.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
