About The Position

Sheehy Lexus of Richmond is seeking a part-time Pick-up & Delivery Driver to provide vehicle pickup and delivery service for customers at their homes or offices. The role involves coordinating assigned runs with the Call Center, communicating customer-reported vehicle concerns to Advisors, and operating vehicles safely and responsibly. Drivers are expected to help maintain customer satisfaction and strong working relationships, follow company policies, promptly communicate concerns to management, and uphold professional standards. Compensation is $16 per hour.

Requirements

• Proven safe driving record and clean driving records.
• A valid driver’s license held for at least three years.
• Valid personal car insurance.
• Ability to communicate professionally.
• Customer service experience and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Accountability and personal integrity, including appropriate handling of clients’ personal and private information.
• Ability to multitask and attend to several customers at once.
• Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• A positive attitude and high-energy personality.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, a motor vehicle record check, and a drug test.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Pick up or drop off customers’ vehicles at their homes or offices.
• Coordinate with the Call Center to receive assigned runs.
• Accurately communicate to Advisors any concerns customers report about their vehicles.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and inform a supervisor of illegal activity.
• Maintain engagement and successful working relationships with management, team leads, team members, and clients.
• Maintain follow-up systems that encourage repeat and referral business and contribute to client satisfaction.
• Immediately communicate concerns or situations to management.
