About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Key Technician to join their team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for producing duplicate keys and transponders for vehicles that function like the original ones. You will work an assigned route of dealers and other customers, maintain equipment and inventory, submit invoices and work orders, and build positive customer relationships. The company is looking for individuals with a mechanical and electronic inclination, who are independent and motivated, and have an interest in working with high-security keys and complex transponder systems in cars and trucks. While experienced Key Techs are sought, individuals with the right attitude and drive who can complete the training course will also be considered.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical and electronic skills
• Sales and customer service experience
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, key duplication and transponder programming preferred
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
