About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Automotive Key Technician. This role involves working an assigned route of dealers and other customers to produce duplicate keys and transponders for vehicles. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment and inventory, submitting invoices and work orders, and developing positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate is mechanical, electronically inclined, independent, and motivated, with an interest in working on high-security keys and complex transponder systems in cars and trucks. While experienced Key Techs are sought, individuals with the right attitude and drive who can complete training are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical and electronic skills
• Sales and customer service experience
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, key duplication and transponder programming preferred
