About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Key Technician to join their team in Harrisburg, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for producing duplicate keys and transponders for vehicles, working on high-security keys and complex transponder systems. You will manage an assigned route of dealers and customers, maintain equipment and inventory, submit invoices and work orders, and build strong customer relationships. While experience is preferred, Dent Wizard also welcomes individuals with the right attitude and drive who can complete their training course.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical and electronic skills.
• Sales and customer service experience.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, key duplication and transponder programming preferred.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
