About The Position

Dent Wizard is the nation’s undisputed leader in automotive reconditioning services and vehicle protection products. We are seeking individuals who are mechanical, electronically inclined, independent, and motivated to join us as a Key Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for producing duplicate keys and transponders for vehicles, maintaining equipment and inventory, submitting invoices and work orders, and developing positive customer relationships. We are looking for experienced Key Techs, as well as individuals with the right attitude and drive who can complete our training course.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical and electronic skills.
• Sales and customer service experience.
• Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, key duplication and transponder programming preferred.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Produce duplicate keys and transponders for vehicles.
• Maintain equipment and inventory.
• Submit invoices and work orders.
• Develop positive and productive relationships with customers.
