About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Automotive Key Technician Trainees. This role involves working on high-security keys and complex transponder systems in modern vehicles. The technician will be responsible for producing duplicate keys and transponders that function like originals, maintaining equipment and inventory, submitting invoices and work orders, and building strong customer relationships. While experienced Key Technicians are welcome, Dent Wizard also seeks individuals with the right attitude and drive who can successfully complete their training program.

Requirements

Strong mechanical and electronic skills
Sales and customer service experience
Strong work ethic, self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather
Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, key duplication and transponder programming preferred

Responsibilities

Produce duplicate keys and transponders for vehicles.
Maintain equipment and inventory.
Submit invoices and work orders.
Develop positive and productive relationships with customers.
Work on high-security keys and complex transponder systems.
Complete training course for Key Technicians.
