About The Position
Faulkner Buick/GMC of West Chester is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated call center professional to support its growing team. The Automotive Internet Sales Representative responds to customer inquiries across phone, internet, and live chat, provides initial product information, and helps connect customers with appropriate dealership resources. The role also involves arranging and following up on sales and service appointments and maintaining contact with leads who are not yet ready to schedule or who miss an appointment.
Requirements
- At least one previous customer service-related role.
- Strong computer and phone skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Bilingual skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups for sales and service appointments.
- Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to appropriate dealership resources.
- Follow up with leads who are not ready to make an appointment or who do not show up.
