About The Position

Faulkner Buick/GMC of West Chester is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated call center professional to support its sales and service teams. The representative responds to customer inquiries by phone, internet, and live chat; provides initial product information; and helps connect customers with the appropriate dealership resources. The role includes following up with leads and supporting customers in scheduling appointments. The stated yearly wage range is $40,000–$65,000, with draw plus commission.

Requirements

• At least one previous customer service-related role.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
