About The Position

Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking Experienced Internet Sales Consultants to join their high-performing team at Sheehy Ford of Richmond. The internet sales team manages a significant portion of dealership leads, offering opportunities to interact with numerous customers monthly across various channels. Team members are expected to manage each lead individually, providing exceptional customer service from initial contact through delivery. The role is an in-house position and not remote.

Requirements

  • In-House Position (NOT) Remote
  • Required 6 months of Internet Sales Experience in ANY field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required
  • Ambitious, goal oriented mentality and eager to improve
  • Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads
  • Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer happiness
  • Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set appointments for a proper vehicle demonstration
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
  • Other duties as assigned
