About The Position
Internet Sales Advisor — Long Beach Honda (Ken Garff Automotive) At Long Beach Honda, we're not your typical dealership. Requirements
- Thrive on customer interaction and building relationships fast
- Love a commission-driven environment where effort directly drives income
- Stay cool under pressure and juggle multiple leads without dropping the ball
- 1–2 years of new car dealer experience (Honda experience is a plus)
- Hold a valid in-state driver's license and are 18+ and work-authorized in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Guide online, phone, and walk-in leads through the buying journey
- Keep customers engaged with friendly, consistent follow-up
- Build product knowledge through ongoing training
