Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Respond to customers who contact our dealerships through the internet, phone, and other online sources
• Assist customers and schedule sales appointments
• Provide a premium customer experience by responding to inquiries promptly, professionally, accurately, and courteously
• Respond to emails and voicemails in a timely manner
• Complete quotes and other administrative duties
• Serve as a friendly and professional first point of contact for our customers
