Requirements

High school diploma or GED; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow established processes and procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
Assess customer needs and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
Operate a multi-line phone system, answer calls promptly, and transfer inquiries as needed.
Provide accurate information regarding dealership services and procedures.
Perform administrative and clerical support duties, including maintaining records and documentation.
Ensure a clean, organized reception area and uphold professional workplace standards.
