About The Position

AAA Club Alliance is hiring an Automotive General Service Technician to perform essential vehicle maintenance services that help members and customers stay safely on the road. The role includes tire services, oil changes, fluid services, and other general automotive repairs. The position offers paid training, access to state-of-the-art equipment, paid ASE certifications, and opportunities to advance into higher-level technician roles.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of automotive systems.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position, including background, drug, and fitness-for-duty screenings.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with PC-based diagnostic tools.
• Prior automotive maintenance or repair experience is strongly preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install tires.
• Perform maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid flushes and replacements, belt and hose replacements, battery testing and replacement, and general automotive repairs.
• Conduct visual vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Maintain and clean shop equipment, including emptying and servicing portable fluid drains according to shop guidelines.
• Continuously build automotive knowledge and technical skills to support future career growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
