About The Position

Albrecht CDJR of Westboro is seeking an exceptional Automotive General Sales Manager (GSM) with a proven record of high-volume sales production, strong gross performance, and building high-performing sales teams. This is not a status-quo opportunity. We are looking for a proven dealership leader with the experience, energy, discipline, and leadership ability to turn the needle—taking an underperforming sales operation and moving it into the top tier of the region. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, highly accountable dealership operator who knows how to build winning teams, improve processes, increase volume, protect gross, and consistently deliver results. Albrecht Auto Group is a family-owned and operated automotive dealership group with nearly 50 years of experience serving New England, with dealerships throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Our reputation is built on customer satisfaction, integrity, strong relationships, and developing great people. We invest in our employees, provide opportunities for professional growth, and create a culture where high performers can make a meaningful impact. As General Sales Manager, you will lead the dealership's New and Used Vehicle Sales operations and work closely with the General Manager and dealership leadership to drive volume, gross, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
