Requirements
- 3+ years of successful Automotive General Manager experience
- Proven record of dealership leadership and profitability
- Strong financial, operational, and team development skills
- Results-driven leader with high integrity and professionalism
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Passion for developing people and delivering outstanding customer experiences
Responsibilities
- Lead dealership operations to maximize profitability and performance
