Requirements

• 3+ years of successful Automotive General Manager experience
• Proven record of dealership leadership and profitability
• Strong financial, operational, and team development skills
• Results-driven leader with high integrity and professionalism
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Passion for developing people and delivering outstanding customer experiences
