About The Position

Bob Johnson Chevrolet West is looking to add a reliable Automotive Fleet Sales Associate to their family-like team. They are a fast-growing organization looking for a hardworking individual to grow with them. They are specifically looking to hire an individual to their Fleet Team to help grow the department. Requirements

A strong desire to succeed.
Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience.
Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency.
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
Valid U.S. Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and fleet customers.
Identify new fleet sales opportunities and generate new business.
Present vehicle options, pricing, financing, and fleet programs to customers.
Manage the sales process from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
Monitor fleet inventory and identify vehicles suitable for customer requirements.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual fleet sales targets.
Ensure fleet transactions comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
Build long-term partnerships with key commercial accounts.
