Responsibilities

  • Help coordinate and execute daily delivery routes throughout the Northeast.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for drivers during the delivery day.
  • Use fleet-management and internal systems to monitor routes, driver progress, delivery activity, and performance; identify delays and help resolve issues quickly.
  • Process customer orders, prepare them for loading and delivery, and maintain accurate route, driver, order, and compliance information.
  • Partner with Production, Shipping, Customer Service, and other teams to support smooth daily deliveries.
  • Track key Fleet metrics, recognize recurring issues, and contribute ideas that improve efficiency and customer service.
