Responsibilities

Help coordinate and execute daily delivery routes throughout the Northeast.
Serve as a key point of contact for drivers during the delivery day.
Use fleet-management and internal systems to monitor routes, driver progress, delivery activity, and performance; identify delays and help resolve issues quickly.
Process customer orders, prepare them for loading and delivery, and maintain accurate route, driver, order, and compliance information.
Partner with Production, Shipping, Customer Service, and other teams to support smooth daily deliveries.
Track key Fleet metrics, recognize recurring issues, and contribute ideas that improve efficiency and customer service.
