About The Position
Tuttle-Click Automotive Group is seeking a results-driven Automotive Finance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to helping customers find the right financing solutions while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and professionalism. As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in the vehicle sales process by assisting customers with financing options, presenting protection products, managing lender relationships, and ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. This position offers significant earning potential and the opportunity to grow within one of Southern California's premier automotive groups.
Requirements
- Previous automotive Finance Manager or F&I experience required
- Proven track record of strong finance production and product penetration
- Knowledge of automotive lending practices and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume dealership environment
- Proficiency with dealership management and finance software systems
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
Responsibilities
- Present financing and protection product options to customers
- Structure deals and secure approvals through lender partnerships
- Maximize finance product penetration while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Ensure all contracts and paperwork are completed accurately and compliantly
- Maintain knowledge of lender programs and industry regulations
- Review and verify deal documentation prior to funding
- Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to facilitate deal completion
- Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and internal teams
- Consistently achieve department profitability and performance objectives
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company policies
