About The Position

Land Rover Greenville is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager to join their team. This is a full-time position at a high-volume, family-owned luxury dealership committed to a first-class customer experience. The role involves offering vehicle financing and insurance, explaining aftermarket products and extended warranties, and working with lending institutions to secure competitive rates. The Finance Manager will process deals accurately, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with the sales team to refer all new sales to the F&I department. Training the sales team on finance and lease programs, introducing customers to the service department, and proactively communicating potential issues are also key responsibilities. The position requires maintaining a professional appearance, meeting dealership KPIs, and completing required training.

Requirements

  • Available to work full-time hours.
  • Scheduling may require weekends before/after business hours.
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Authorized to work in the USA for any employer
  • Intermediate communication, problem-solving, and mathematical skills using American units of measure.

Responsibilities

  • Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
  • Working with lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
  • Processing financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources and through the proper federal, state and corporate channels.
  • Understanding and complying with federal, state/local regulations as well as Manufacturer and Lender requirements that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.
  • Creating and maintaining a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
  • Training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.
  • Introducing customers to the service department and working with the service department to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively communicating potential issues with customers, management, and other departments in order to provide the best possible customer experience.
  • Maintaining a professional personal appearance and workspace.
  • Meeting Manufacturer and Dealership KPI metrics.
  • Completing required dealership training and staying up-to date on the latest program requirements.
  • All associates should abide by company policy and departmental best practices and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
