Requirements

2+ years of Automotive Finance Management experience
2–3 years of automotive sales and/or management experience
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
Excellent communication and consultative skills
A proven track record of success in sales
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven ability to set and achieve goals
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with technology
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Must be 18+ years of age
