About The Position

Genesis of Manchester is seeking an Experienced Automotive F&I Manager to join their team. This is a brand-new Genesis Dealership located in Bedford, NH, which opened in June 2026. The dealership has quickly become the 10th largest Genesis dealership in the United States, surpassing 100 units per month and aiming for 150. The finance department is small and looking to grow, as it was initially managed by one person who was also a sales/finance hybrid. This hybrid role needs to transition to a full-time sales manager, creating an immediate need for an experienced finance manager. The AutoFair group utilizes the ETHOS method, but JMA or similar processes can be adapted. The role involves taking ownership of the financial transition from vehicle selection to final delivery, working closely with Sales Managers and Sales Professionals to structure transactions, secure financing, present protection products, ensure compliant documentation, and facilitate a smooth delivery process. The expectations for this role include strong production, strong compliance, and a client experience befitting a luxury retailer.

Requirements

  • Prior automotive Finance Manager/F&I experience required
  • Proven record of F&I production and product penetration
  • Strong knowledge of automotive lending and leasing
  • Working knowledge of applicable F&I compliance requirements
  • Strong lender relationships and approval-management skills
  • Excellent organizational and documentation habits
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High level of personal accountability and integrity

Nice To Haves

  • Luxury automotive experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience with Genesis, Hyundai, or captive manufacturer financing is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Structure retail and lease transactions to maximize both client value and dealership profitability
  • Present financing, leasing, vehicle protection products, and ownership options professionally and confidently
  • Maintain strong product penetration and F&I profitability while protecting the long-term relationship with the client
  • Submit and secure approvals through appropriate lending partners
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with banks, credit unions, captive lenders, and other financial institutions
  • Review deal structure and identify opportunities to improve approvals, terms, and profitability
  • Ensure all contracts, disclosures, title documents, lender requirements, and supporting paperwork are accurate and complete
  • Maintain strict adherence to federal, state, lender, manufacturer, and dealership compliance requirements
  • Minimize contracts-in-transit and funding delays through disciplined deal review and follow-through
  • Work closely with Sales Management to overcome financing challenges and create solutions that help complete transactions
  • Support and coach Sales Professionals on credit conversations, leasing, protection products, and proper deal preparation
  • Protect the dealership from unnecessary financial, regulatory, and documentation risk
  • Maintain the discretion, professionalism, appearance, and communication standards expected in a luxury automotive environment
