About The Position

Johnson Volvo Cars Durham is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Finance Manager to join their team. This role offers fantastic earning potential in an upscale and enthusiastic environment. Johnson Automotive is one of the fastest growing automotive companies in the Triangle, known for outstanding customer service and first-class operations. The Automotive Finance Manager is responsible for generating revenue by selling finance and insurance programs and other applicable after-sale products to new and pre-owned car customers.

Requirements

• Previous Sales Experience
• Two or more years of dealership experience
• Ability to establish solid relationships with customers, coworkers and lending institutions
• Great interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Satisfactory completion of a Background Check, Drug Test, and clean Motor Vehicle Report

Responsibilities

• Process finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval.
• Sell finance and insurance programs and other after-sale items.
• Provide guests with a thorough explanation of products and services.
• Maintain responsibility for full disclosure of products, terms and rates.
• Understand and comply with Federal, State and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions.
