About The Position

The Automotive Finance Manager is responsible for coordinating the sale of finance and insurance programs to dealership customers. This role involves working closely with lenders and financial institutions to provide appropriate financial services and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of automotive dealership Finance and Insurance (F&I) producer experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial service goals.
  • Strong history of positive customer satisfaction results.
  • Team-oriented with effective communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Successful completion of Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), background check, and pre-employment drug test.

Nice To Haves

  • Finance and Insurance management training is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sells financing and insurance products to customers using the menu selling process.
  • Reviews customer credit applications and assesses profitability of financing arrangements for the dealership.
  • Makes extended service contracts and owner protection programs available to customers.
  • Ensures all deal documentation is complete by utilizing checklists.
  • Maintains customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
  • Collaborates closely with the sales team to support dealership goals.
  • Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulatory obligations related to finance and insurance products.
  • Supports and adheres to the dealership’s Safeguard and Transaction compliance programs.
  • Acts as a liaison between customers and lending institutions.
  • Reinforces company policies and maintains adherence to company standards.
  • Participates in weekly management meetings and promotes positive employee relations.
  • Ensures timely and accurate completion and submission of all financing documentation.
