About The Position
Diehl Subaru of Massillon is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment. This role involves securing financing for customers, selling finance and insurance products, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining lender relationships.
Requirements
- Previous automotive finance manager experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of dealership finance and insurance processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Tekion or similar DMS experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Secure financing for customers through lenders and financial institutions
- Present and sell finance and insurance products (service contracts, GAP, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial partners
- Structure deals for maximum profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Accurately complete all paperwork and documentation
- Work closely with sales team to finalize deals efficiently
