About The Position

Danbury Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking an Experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our high-volume dealership. We are looking for a proven producer who can operate a high-performing finance office while also contributing to the growth and development of our sales team. This is a leadership-level opportunity for someone who understands how to maximize deal profitability, ensure compliance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Income potential exceeds $30,000 per month for qualified candidates. This role extends beyond the finance office. Responsibilities include assisting in training and developing the sales team, helping improve store-wide finance product presentations, supporting deal structuring and TO opportunities, collaborating with management on profitability strategies, and contributing to process improvements across departments. Requirements

  • Minimum (3) Three Years Automotive Finance Manager experience
  • Proven track record of production & profitability
  • Strong knowledge of lender programs & deal structuring
  • High closing ratio & product penetration
  • Menu presentation experience
  • Compliance knowledge (Red Flags, OFAC, CIT, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • CDJR / Stellantis experience
  • RouteOne / Dealertrack proficiency
  • Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Structure, submit, and secure approvals from prime & subprime lenders
  • Present finance menus and protection products to customers
  • Achieve high product penetration (VSC, GAP, Tire & Wheel, Protection, etc.)
  • Ensure all deals are compliant with federal, state, and dealership regulations
  • Finalize contracts and funding packages accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain strong relationships with lender partners
  • Maximize back-end gross on every deal
  • Assisting in training and developing the sales team
  • Helping improve store-wide finance product presentations
  • Supporting deal structuring and TO opportunities
  • Collaborating with management on profitability strategies
  • Contributing to process improvements across departments
