About The Position

EasyCare, a leading provider of F&I products, dealership development, and performance solutions, is conducting a confidential search on behalf of several top dealership clients in the St. Louis market for experienced Automotive Finance Managers. These opportunities are with well-established dealer groups seeking high-performing professionals who understand the importance of compliance, customer experience, profitability, and operational efficiency within the Finance & Insurance department. This is not an entry-level position. Only candidates with prior Automotive F&I Management experience will be considered.

Requirements

Prior Automotive Finance Manager experience required
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
Experience with major DMS platforms and eContracting systems
Strong understanding of automotive compliance and menu selling processes
Professional appearance and communication skills
Stable work history and strong references preferred

Responsibilities

Present and sell finance and insurance products in a professional and ethical manner
Structure finance deals and secure approvals with lending institutions
Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations
Deliver a high-level customer experience throughout the delivery process
Maintain strong product knowledge and lender relationships
Accurately complete funding and contract documentation
Work closely with sales management and dealership personnel to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
Utilize eContracting platforms and dealership technology efficiently
