Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Automotive F&I experience
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree is a plus

Nice To Haves

• Some level of experience as a Sales Manager is preferable

Responsibilities

• Arrange and secure financing for new/used vehicle purchases through partner lenders
• Process loan, titling and miscellaneous documents for lease/purchase customers
• Present and sell aftermarket products (vehicle service contracts, GAP insurance, maintenance plans, tire/wheel, paint/fabric protection, etc.)
• Ensure proper structure for all deals
• Comply with all state, federal and lender regulations
• Develop firm understanding of manufacturer/lender programs and maintain strong relationships with representatives and institutions
• Work closely with sales and management teams to maximize profitability
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
