EasyCare is conducting a search on behalf of our dealer partners for an experienced Automotive Finance Director. This opportunity is with a well-established dealership group in the greater Omaha market. If you have a proven history of leading high performing F&I teams, delivering exceptional profitability, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

Three or more years of successful automotive F&I experience
Demonstrated success managing and developing teams
Strong lender relationships and deep knowledge of automotive lending
Proven record of maximizing F&I profitability while maintaining compliance
Strong knowledge of menu selling, compliance, and dealership operations
Experience with dealership technology platforms
Outstanding leadership, communication, organization, and problem solving skills
Professional appearance and commitment to customer satisfaction

Nice To Haves

Previous Finance Director or proven leadership experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high performing F&I department focused on profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction
Recruit, coach, mentor, and hold Finance Managers accountable for performance
Drive department productivity while maintaining ethical and compliant business practices
Manage all aspects of dealership finance operations including lender approvals, funding, documentation, and product sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending partners
Partner with dealership leadership to improve F&I performance and overall dealership profitability
Monitor key performance metrics including PVR, product penetrations, funding, and chargebacks
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through transparent and professional processes
