About The Position

Mile High Acura is seeking an experienced, results-driven Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role — you'll serve as the sole F&I Manager at our dealership, working closely with our sales team to deliver an exceptional buying experience while maximizing profitability on every deal. This position is ideal for a top-performing automotive sales professional ready to take the next step into finance and insurance, or an F&I manager looking for a dealership where their impact is felt immediately and rewarded generously.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a tenured automotive sales associate with demonstrated high performance (strong CSI scores, consistent unit sales, top-of-board results, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of the automotive sales process from desk to delivery
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
  • Availability to work 5 days per week including Saturdays

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as an F&I Manager or Assistant F&I Manager
  • Familiarity with F&I menu selling and compliance requirements (Reg Z, GLBA, Red Flags Rule, etc.)
  • Existing relationships with regional and captive lenders
  • Experience with dealership management systems (CDK) and F&I menu software (Darwin)

Responsibilities

  • Structure and present financing and insurance products to customers in a transparent, compliant, and customer-first manner
  • Secure lender approvals and negotiate rates and terms with a network of finance sources
  • Present and sell aftermarket products (extended warranties, GAP, service contracts, etc.) that add real value for customers
  • Ensure all deals are accurate, complete, and compliant with state and federal regulations
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
  • Support the sales desk, including: Assisting sales associates with structuring and closing transactions
  • Helping manage and follow-up on leads to keep the pipeline moving
  • Acting as a resource and mentor to the sales team on deal structure and customer objections
  • Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the F&I process
