About The Position
Bob Boyte Honda - Brandon is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive F&I professional to join our team in Brandon, MS. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting customers through the financing and insurance process to ensure a smooth and satisfactory vehicle purchasing experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) or related sales role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Familiarity with financial software and dealership management systems is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and a professional appearance.
Responsibilities
- Present and explain financing and warranty options to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Work closely with customers and lenders to secure and finalize vehicle financing agreements.
- Process all necessary paperwork accurately and in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer buying experience.
- Stay informed about current automotive financing products, insurance offerings, and dealership policies.
