About The Position

Flow Automotive of Burlington is seeking an automotive technician with previous experience or an interest in participating in our paid apprenticeship programs. Flow is looking for driven and dedicated individuals who are excited about the opportunity to join a growing company. Pay is commensurate with skill level and we offer sign-on bonuses based on experience and qualifications, along with an excellent benefit package. Candidates who are certified to perform Virginia State Inspections are strongly preferred. We will train anyone new to the industry, including onsite training, manufacturer instruction, and other technical training as needed. We need people who are: Reliable – show up to work on time…all the time. Good Drivers – have a clean driving record. Drug-Free – will pass a drug screening upon offer of employment.

Requirements

Previous experience as an automotive technician or interest in paid apprenticeship programs.
Reliable transportation with a good driving record.
Willingness to learn and improve.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Certified to perform Virginia State Inspections.
North Carolina/VA Inspection License.
