About The Position
The Express Lane Lube Technician joins the Express Lane Team, with an opportunity to advance to the Main Shop Team and become a full Technician over time. The employer will pay employees while they learn. Experienced Express Lane Technicians can earn up to $25 per hour, with potential weekly commission. The position offers a 40-hour schedule, with additional hours available at time-and-a-half overtime pay. Requirements
- Effective communication skills.
- Time-management skills, including managing one's own time and the time of others.
- Basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Check in and communicate with teammates at every turn.
- Perform a complete multi-point vehicle inspection.
- Check all fluid levels and tire pressure, and reset vehicle maintenance reminders.
- Provide excellent customer service, keeping the customer's perspective first.
