The company is hiring an Automotive Document Specialist/Sales Admin for its location in Cary, NC. This role, also referred to as a Customer Service Representative or Document Specialist, is crucial for ensuring a smooth and friendly guest experience. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, resilient, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment. As a Document Specialist, the primary responsibility involves the accurate and timely execution of the financial documentation process for vehicle purchases.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the final steps of the purchase process
  • Provide accurate and timely completed paperwork for successful processing
  • Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
  • Verify insurance, trade payoffs and obtain deposits
