Under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Manager, the Document Control Admin is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and management of quality processes, procedures, forms. nVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions. Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an ISO-9001 certified facility

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and management of quality processes, procedures, forms
  • Ensure all controlled manuals, procedures and forms are properly updated
  • Create new written procedures, forms, and documents in proper formatting
  • Manage calibration database to ensure information is updated and work with outside companies to keep gauges calibrated
  • Manage corrective action database to ensure information is updated and work with Quality Department to develop and enter reports
  • Participate in regularly scheduled customer complaint meetings to document actions and updates
  • Perform internal quality audits based on thoroughly detailed procedures
  • Photograph progress pictures of buildings during construction
  • Develop monthly reports, graphs and charts
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
