About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer at Bismarck Airport. The position pays $18 per hour and offers a consistent 40-hour-per-week schedule. The Automotive Detailer washes, cleans, sanitizes, inspects, and prepares cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals, following the company's cleanliness and safety standards. The role also includes fueling and staging vehicles, maintaining the cleanliness of the work area and rental location, and assisting or transporting customers when needed. Available schedules are Thursday–Monday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m.; Thursday–Monday, 12 p.m.–9 p.m.; Sunday–Thursday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m.; or Sunday–Thursday, 12 p.m.–9 p.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors according to Complete Clean Pledge standards.
Vacuum and prepare vehicle interiors according to Complete Clean Pledge standards.
Wash, clean, and dry the exterior of cars, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; reset vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify that vehicle registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage, and remove vehicles from the preparation process when necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Wear proper personal protective equipment and ensure cleaning, detailing, washing, and sanitization supplies are available.
Assist customers when needed and transport customers to and from branches when required.
Help maintain the overall appearance of the site, including cleaning branch interiors and exteriors, desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash areas, and bathrooms, and vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and completing other daily cleanliness tasks.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
