About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer and Car Washer at Bismarck Airport. The role pays $18 per hour and follows a consistent 40-hour weekly schedule, with one of four listed schedules: Thursday–Monday or Sunday–Thursday, working either 7 a.m.–4 p.m. or 12 p.m.–9 p.m. The position prepares cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals by cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and staging vehicles in accordance with the company’s cleanliness and safety standards. The role also includes keeping the branch site clean and orderly, assisting customers, and potentially transporting customers to and from branches.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors according to Complete Clean Pledge standards.
Vacuum and prepare vehicle interiors according to Complete Clean Pledge standards.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; reset or restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify that vehicle registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, and tire damage, and remove vehicles from processing as necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and ensure cleaning, detailing, washing, and sanitization supplies are available.
Assist customers when needed and potentially transport customers to and from branches.
Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of branch interiors and exteriors, including desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, and the lot.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
