About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer at its Williston Basin International Airport location in Williston, North Dakota. The role pays $18 per hour and follows a Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. schedule. The Automotive Detailer washes, cleans, sanitizes, inspects, and prepares cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals in accordance with the company’s cleanliness and safety standards. The position also includes vehicle staging and fueling, basic vehicle and safety checks, maintaining a clean work area and branch appearance, and assisting or transporting customers when needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from the company now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors according to Complete Clean Pledge standards.
• Vacuum and prepare vehicle interiors according to Complete Clean Pledge standards.
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
• Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; reset or restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify that registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicles for exterior damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage, and remove vehicles from processing when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and ensure cleaning, detailing, washing, and sanitization supplies are available.
• Assist customers when needed and, when required, transport customers to and from branches.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of branch locations, including cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, and bathrooms; removing trash; vacuuming; sweeping the lot; and performing other daily cleanliness tasks.
• Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
