About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer and Car Washer at its Grand Junction Airport location in Grand Junction, Colorado. The role pays $18 per hour and is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing cars, trucks, and vans to meet cleanliness and safety standards before customer rentals. The position also includes maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the branch location, assisting customers, and reporting vehicle or site safety concerns.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
Must have at least 12 consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel levels and warning lights, inspect windshields for damage, reset vehicle settings to clear prior customer data, check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found, and verify vehicle registration.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage, and remove vehicles from processing when necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and possibly transport them to and from branches.
Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of branch interiors and exteriors, including desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, and the lot.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
