About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer and Car Washer at its Midland Airport location in Midland, Texas. The position starts at $16 per hour and follows a consistent 40-hour workweek, Thursday through Monday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The role supports the company’s vehicle-cleanliness and safety standards by washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals. It also includes maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the branch and its work areas, assisting customers when needed, and potentially transporting customers to and from branches.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Applicants under 21 must have zero moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on their driving record.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must have at least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks of different sizes.
Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify that vehicle registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicles for exterior damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns and report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage; remove vehicles from the preparation process when necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Use tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and potentially transport customers to and from branches.
Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of branch interiors and exteriors, including desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, and the lot.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
