About The Position

Xcite Automotive is seeking a reliable Driver to transport vehicles between dealerships and repair shops where service work is completed. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating manual-transmission vehicles and demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail. This role is operationally critical and requires a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with the ability to meet company driving and insurance requirements
• Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) per company policy
• Experience with manual transmission vehicles
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Nice To Haves

• Fleet driving, vehicle transport, or delivery driving roles
• Automotive porter, lot attendant, or car wash experience
• Mobile wash or pressure washing experience
• Work in dealership, rental car, or fleet operations environments
• Roles requiring outdoor, physical, and safety-focused work

Responsibilities

• Safely transport vehicles between dealer locations and service facilities
