Requirements
- Previous experience in Automotive Deal Processing
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
Nice To Haves
- Dealertrack preferred but not required
- Prior Automotive office experience preferable
Responsibilities
- Process automotive sales deals efficiently and accurately, ensuring all paperwork is completed
- Reviews deals for accuracy, verifying all money is received for deposits/COD, all after-sell costs are accurate, and all documents for deal and compliance are included
- Process Dealer Trades and Wholesales
- Review inventory schedules & all other pertinent schedules of the deal process for accuracy
- Assist Controller with insuring the correctness of schedules of the Deal Process
