About The Position

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring a Full-Time Automotive Deal Clerk to join our growing accounting and administration team. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a respected dealership group. Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office required)
• High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

• Dealership software experience (DealerTrack/Arkona) is a plus
• Notary certification is a plus
• Experience in dealership accounting or contracts preferred (training available for the right candidate)

Responsibilities

• Process and post vehicle deals accurately
• Calculate commissions and maintain deal documentation
• Coordinate bank funding and payoff processing
• Maintain accounting schedules and inventory records
• Process trades, wholesale deals, and reports
• Support the accounting office with general administrative tasks
