About The Position

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring a Full-Time Automotive Detailer to support its growing dealership operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities, suitable for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working with vehicles, and have a strong attention to detail. Hertrich is a third-generation, family-owned dealership group with 24 Dealerships, 15 Collision Centers, and 18 Automotive Brands, known for a culture built on integrity, accountability, and excellence, and supports over 90 local charities.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and work quality
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule (including evenings and Saturdays)
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery and resale
• Maintain high-quality standards on every vehicle
• Keep the shop and lot clean, organized, and presentable
• Assist with general dealership tasks as needed
